If you act on behalf of a business, you must have authority to provide its information and request services. Visitors under 18 should have a parent or guardian contact us before entering a paid service agreement.

3. Strategy calls and service agreements

A questionnaire submission requests contact from ORVAQ; it does not reserve an appointment. A booking is confirmed through Calendly. Follow the rescheduling and cancellation instructions in your booking confirmation. An introductory call does not obligate either party to enter a paid engagement.

Deliverables, fees, payment schedules, usage rights, revisions, cancellation, refunds, and project timelines must be set out in your written service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms concerning purchased services, the service agreement controls. No payment is collected through this website’s questionnaire.

4. Results and website information

Case studies, testimonials, and performance figures describe particular experiences and are not promises of future outcomes. Results depend on factors including your offer, market, budget, execution, and customer demand. We do not guarantee a specific level of revenue, followers, leads, bookings, or return on advertising spend.

We aim to keep website information accurate, but information may be incomplete, change, or contain errors. A written proposal or service agreement defines the terms of an actual engagement.

5. Intellectual property and third-party marks

Calendly provides scheduling, and Formspree processes questionnaire delivery. External platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. ORVAQ does not control their availability or independent practices. You may contact us by email if a form or scheduling service is unavailable.

8. Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features. Take appropriate precautions when relying on online information.

To the extent permitted by law, ORVAQ is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections or liability for fraud or willful misconduct. Your service agreement may contain separate provisions for paid services.

We may revise these terms and will update the effective date when we do. Changes apply prospectively to website use; they do not automatically amend a signed service agreement.
