ORVAQ Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled through the ORVAQ Media & Marketing website, its strategy-call questionnaire, and linked booking experience.

1. Who is responsible

ORVAQ Media & Marketing operates this website. For privacy questions and requests, email orvaqsupport@gmail.com. This policy covers the website and related inquiries; separate agreements may govern information processed during client projects.

2. Information collected

The questionnaire keeps your answers in the open page’s memory until you submit them or leave/reload the page. Choosing “See available times” sends the completed pre-evaluation to ORVAQ through Formspree, even if you do not ultimately book. Skipping the questionnaire does not submit its answers.

3. Why we use information

We use inquiry information to understand your needs, assess service fit, prepare for calls, communicate with you, manage appointments, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse. A strategy-call request is not consent to unrelated email newsletters or SMS marketing.

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, relevant grounds may include responding to your request before a contract, performing a contract, legitimate business interests in operating and securing the service, complying with legal obligations, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent for future processing that relies on consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by the providers needed to operate the website and respond to you:

Authorized personnel may access inquiry information as needed to respond and deliver services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a lawful business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

This website does not include ORVAQ advertising pixels or analytics trackers, and the questionnaire is not configured to send answers to advertising networks. It is not configured to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Contact us to ask about information handled outside this website.

5. Cookies, local storage, and your choices

We use local storage only for the privacy preference offered on this site. Optional third-party calendar content loads when you reach the booking step unless your saved preference disables it. You can turn that embed off at Your Privacy Choices. A separate “Load calendar for this visit” action permits a one-time embedded load.

When no saved calendar choice exists, this site uses a detected Global Privacy Control signal or Do Not Track value of “1” to keep the optional calendar embed off by default. These signals do not prevent essential hosting, font requests, or a form submission you request. The site has no advertising tracking to opt into. Browser controls can also restrict cookies and storage; third-party sites have their own controls.

6. Retention and security

We retain inquiry and booking information as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active relationship, maintain required records, and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the nature of the record and applicable requirements; we do not promise a single deletion period for all records. Records held by Formspree, our email provider, and Calendly are subject to their respective retention practices and our account settings.

We use HTTPS and access controls supported by our service providers. No website, email system, or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a business inquiry.

7. Privacy rights and requests

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain uses. Email orvaqsupport@gmail.com with your request and the email used to contact us. We may request proportionate verification before disclosing or deleting information, and legal exceptions may apply.

You may use an authorized agent where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. You may also contact your relevant privacy regulator. To stop promotional communications you have separately subscribed to, use their unsubscribe option or email us.

8. International processing and children

ORVAQ and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, whose privacy rules may differ from those in your location. Where required, applicable safeguards must govern such processing.

This business-services website is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child’s personal information through the questionnaire. If you believe such information has been submitted, contact us to request review and deletion as appropriate. Visitors under 18 should involve a parent or guardian before purchasing services.

9. Updates

We will post revisions on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Review this policy periodically, especially before submitting new information.
